Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from NZ. We provide NZ Post Tracked Overnight Delivery (Non-signature) for shipping. Freight charges cover packaging, delivery and are as follows:

  • Delivery Rate: Urban $5.88 / Rural $10.88 / PO Box $10.88

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and the correct Urban/Rural option is selected at checkout. If a Rural address is provided under an Urban rate, we will contact you to pay the difference before dispatch, which may delay your order.

Default is no signature unless requested: Our standard shipping is Non-signature (the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place). For extra security, you may leave specific instructions (e.g., "leave behind the blue pot") in the notes at checkout. If you prefer Signature Required, please leave a note at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order.

Address Errors: If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the tracking label is generated, we are unable to redirect the parcel.

Combined Shipping: If you place multiple orders to the same address before dispatch, we will do our best to automatically combine them and refund any excess shipping fees. However, if the combined parcel exceeds the standard weight or size limits, we may still send them separately to ensure safe and efficient delivery. This service is not guaranteed once a shipping label has been generated.



SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Processing Time:
All items (excluding new arrival/pre-orders/sales) will be processed within 12 hours. Public holidays and weekends will be postponed.

 

Same Day Dispatch:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days will be dispatched on the same day. Our local courier driver collects parcels between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
  • Urgent Orders: If you order after 11:00 AM and need it urgently, please email us or leave a note before 3:00 PM. We will do our best to prioritize and send it out the same day (subject to availability).

PLEASE NOTE: While we use NZ Post Overnight Delivery for all orders to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, this service is NOT 100% guaranteed by the courier company. We strongly recommend avoiding "last-minute" orders if you have a strict deadline.

 

Delivery Estimates:

  • New Zealand (non-rural): Delivery normally takes 1 business day after dispatch.
  • New Zealand (rural): Delivery normally takes 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. NZ Post may mark the rural parcel as delivered. Please note, this may simply mean the parcel has been delivered to the rural agent (not the receiver) and you will need to allow another 1-3 days for the rural agent to complete the final delivery.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., Road closures), delivery times may be slightly longer than estimated.

 

Tracking: You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your shipping label is created. (Please check your junk/spam folder as well.)

 

LOCAL PICKUP (Taupō / Tūrangi Only)

CONSULTATION REQUIRED: Local pickup is ONLY available during the ski season and applies exclusively to Snow Gear. You MUST contact us via email to consult and confirm availability BEFORE placing your order.

Location: Pickup will be arranged within the Taupō/Tūrangi area.

Note on Fees: Shipping fees will be charged at checkout as per usual. These fees will be fully refunded to your original payment method only after the pickup has been successfully completed. If you do not consult with us beforehand, we cannot guarantee that a pickup can be arranged.

 

PRE-ORDER

We will start shipping 1-2 business days after products arrive. Please note: Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are subject to international shipping and customs clearance, which may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

If you have a pre-ordered product and an in-stock product in the same order, they will be shipped together once the pre-ordered product arrives. Therefore, if you prefer to receive the in-stock product as soon as possible, it is better to place separate orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We DO NOT ship items outside of New Zealand.

 

DELIVERY & LIABILITY 

Authority to Leave: Our service is Non-signature. By placing an order, you authorize the courier to leave the parcel at your property. All4Baby NZ is NOT responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the courier.

Carrier Liability: While freight charges include insurance, All4Baby NZ will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier (NZ Post: 0800 501 501).

Return to Sender & Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or a failure to collect, a re-delivery fee will apply. We cannot offer a refund or free replacement for parcels lost or redirected due to customer address errors.

Out of Stock: We take great care to ensure accuracy, but occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you to organize an alternative product, a partial shipment, or a full refund.
