- Pre-packed Return Bag: We will automatically pack a complimentary return courier bag inside your parcel with the correct postage prepaid (Urban or Rural based on your selection).
- No Post Office Queues: No need to buy mailers or write addresses. If the item doesn't fit, please note that the return bag is locked and cannot be shipped directly. You must first place a new exchange order on our website to activate the bag. Once activated, you can then book a courier pick-up from your home or drop it off at a local courier point.

Before purchasing, please read our rules carefully to ensure your protection is valid:
🏙️ Correct Address Selection: Please ensure you select the correct variant (Urban or Rural/RD) that matches your delivery address at checkout. (Note: If a Rural address selects the Urban variant, the service will be deemed invalid, and the fee will be fully refunded).
🚚 Does NOT Count Towards Free Shipping: Please note that this protection fee is a service/material charge and strictly does NOT count towards our $88 Free Shipping threshold. The total value of the physical clothing items in your cart must reach $88 or more to qualify for free shipping.
⏳ Strictly 5-Day Return Window (Void Thereafter): If you need an exchange, the original item must be packed into the provided bag and handed over to the courier (with a valid tracking scan) within 5 calendar days of receiving your package. If shipped after 5 calendar days, this service becomes completely void. The return will NOT be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
🏷️ Item Condition & Inspection: To qualify for an exchange, the returned item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item fails to meet our quality inspection standards.
🚫 Strictly Non-Refundable Service Fee: This protection charge is a one-off, upfront service fee. It is strictly non-refundable regardless of whether you end up using the return bag or not. This fee covers the material cost of the physical courier mailer provided in your parcel, administrative processing, and fulfillment costs. By adding this item to your cart, you acknowledge and agree that this fee cannot be refunded once your order is fulfilled.
🔄 Exchanges Only via New Order: This protection program strictly covers size/style exchanges only. To activate the return bag, a new order must be placed. If the item is shipped back within 5 days but without a new exchange order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
✨ Easy 3-Step Exchange Process:
Step 1: Place a New Order Online 💻
To activate your return bag, simply place a new order online for your desired size/style straight away. (Note: The return bag is ONLY activated and valid when linked to a new exchange order).
Step 2: Ship It Back Within 5 Calendar Days of Delivery 🚚
Once you have placed your new order in Step 1, your return bag is now officially activated. Pack the incorrect item into the bag and proceed to book a courier collection online to pick it up from your doorstep, or drop it off at your nearest courier drop-off point within 5 calendar days. Please note: Any package sent without a new order activation or scanned after day 5 is strictly invalid and will be rejected.
Step 3: Refund & Order Verification 🔍
Once your return package safely arrives back at our warehouse within the 5-day window, our quality control team will inspect the item:
- Passed Inspection + With a New Order: A FULL refund for your original item will be issued immediately. 🎉
- Passed Inspection + WITHOUT a New Order: A 10% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. ⚠️
- FAILED Inspection: No refund or exchange will be issued. The item will be sent back to you at your own expense. ❌
